Without detracting from the other celebrations, the Fair can be considered the most important festival of Puerto Real, thanks to the wide acceptance and participation locally.
These fairs have run without interruption since 1843 when it was first held as a Cattle Fair. This early start makes it one of the oldest fairs in Spain, even more than towns like Jerez, Seville or Cordova.

On July 16 highlights the procession of Our Lady of Mount Caramel through the streets of the parish since the church Prioral Mayor de San Sebastian.
The Christmas festivities are held in Puerto Real in the traditional manner, with colourful decorations of the main streets and great celebration on their streets. On January 5 is the arrival of the Magi from the East, making their entry into the valley in a helicopter and lands on the football field Sancho Davila.
